CBSE Class X results declared

New Delhi, June 3 (IBNS) : The Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) on Saturday declared the results of the Class X examinations on Saturday.

The results can be checked  on the official websites — cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in.

Currently results for Allabhad, Chennai, Delhi, Dehradun and Trivandrum regions have been annunced. Board said, results of other regions will be announced soon, the Board's website said.

The announcement ended weeks of uncertainty and confusion over marks moderation-the policy of alloting grace marks during evaluation of answer scripts.

CBSE said, the schools will automatically get their entire schools results on email id’s registered with the board. The process of verification will be displayed on CBSE’s website shortly after declaration of the results.

A total of 16,67,573 students had appeared for the Class 10 exams.

Earlier on May 28, the board declared the results of Class 12 exams. It saw a dip of over one per cent in the pass percentage.
