Gurgaon to witness adrenaline rush at Motor Fest

Gurgaon, Apr 21 (IBNS): This weekend Gurgaon is set to come alive with an exhilarating Motor Fest.

Titled Speed Sprint XVI, the single stage sprint rally shall be held at DLF Gardencity in Gurgaon.


Sprint XVI will see nail-biting excitement when Bani Yadav, India’s fastest women driver takes on Anisha Kwatra, a well-known name in the circuit.

More than 100 motorists from cities across North India are slated to participate in the event. The fest will witness races in three categories- zip for amateurs, zap for professionals and zoom for bikers.

“Speed Sprint XVI will allow professionals as well as amateurs an opportunity to test their skills on the track. We are expecting people to turn up in huge numbers,” said Col. Tejbir Singh, AVP (Township), DLF.

Meanwhile, enthusiastic motor junkies have already begun preparations for the competition.

“Motor racing is my passion and I can’t wait to get on the track. I have serviced my vehicle and I am fully geared up for the race,” said Ms. Anisha Kwatra, a participant at Speed Sprint XVI.

The Motor Fest also promises a culinary delight for visitors with trendy food trucks offering scrumptious cuisines and mouth-watering street food.
