JW Marriott to hold Hakka Chinese pop up by Chef Katherine Chung

Kolkata/IBNS:  Vintage Asia at JW Marriott Kolkata is hosting a pop-up with Chef Katherine Chung at the helm and assisted by the hotel’s in-house team.

The pop-up will be held from April 16 to 25 and will be open for both lunch (12.30pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 11pm).

According to JW Marriott, Katherine’s dishes will have a story to tell, with each secret recipe that has been passed on by her ancestors and ingredients lovingly prepared sticking to the roots of the Hakka culture.

Set menus are priced at Rs 2499 plus tax, for one person.
