Last chance alert! Samsung brings back ultra-rare Galaxy Z TriFold

In a surprise move, tech major Samsung has announced the return of its premium Galaxy Z TriFold smartphone, offering consumers what could be their final opportunity to purchase the device.

The fresh stock comes despite the company confirming in March that it would discontinue the handset. According to a report by PCMag, a new batch of the foldable device will be made available on Friday, April 10.

Media reports indicate that the smartphone will be sold through select Samsung Experience Stores across seven locations in the United States, including outlets in California, Minnesota, New York, and Texas.

Priced at $2,899, the Galaxy Z TriFold is among the most expensive foldable devices in the market. The device was first launched in South Korea on December 12 before making its way to the US via Samsung’s online store on January 30, as reported by CNET.

Adding to the anticipation, Samsung has placed a countdown timer on its website, marking the exact moment the device becomes available for purchase.

However, it remains unclear whether this restock signals a permanent return of the Galaxy Z TriFold or if the device will once again be discontinued after the current inventory is sold out, according to reports.
