The Astor in Kolkata hosts The Great Kebab Theatre

Kolkata, Jan 8 (IBNS) Kebab-e-Que, a restaurant at The Astor hotel in Kolkata popular for its mouth-watering Kebabs, is hosting a Kebab festival from Thursday.

The festival- The Great Kebab Theatre- is on from Jan 8 till Mar 31.

The signature dishes include Murgh Kalmi Kebab and Murgh Chakori Kebab.

The unique non-veg dishes include Murgh Kalmi Kebab, Lahsuni Macchi, Mutton Kakori Kebab, Murgh Chakori Kebab and Anarkali Mahi Tikka.

Among the veg dishes one would find Achari Seekh Kebab, Tulsi Paneer Tikka, Soya Ki Galouti, Hara Bhara Kebab and Tandoori Aloo.

 Executive Chef Sumit Dhar said, “This festival is  specially hosted to introduce new kebab dishes for kebab lovers and we are well known for serving best Kebabs in Kolkata.”

The Kebabs will be served with kachumber Salad, Vinegar Onion, Dahi Chutney Hara Mirch and Pudina Chutney followed by main course.

A meal for Kebab lovers would cost  Rs 999,  including taxes.
