After Kapil Sharma's cafe attack, gangster warns actors, directors against working with Salman Khan

A day after shots were fired outside actor-comedian Kapil Sharma's cafe in Canada, a member of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's group has warned actors, producers, and directors against working with superstar Salman Khan.

In an audio clip, the gang member Harry Boxer said that anyone who works with actor Salman Khan will not be spared, NDTV reported

At least 25 gunshots were fired at Kapil Sharma's cafe in Canada's Surrey for a second time in a month, a purported video of the attack that surfaced on social media showed.

The first attack at the comedian's newly opened Kap's Cafe occurred on July 10, when some employees were still inside.

Incidentally, Salman Khan appeared in the inaugural episode of the third season of Sharma's Netflix show, which aired on June 21.

In his warning, Boxer reportedly warned that his gang will go to any extent to kill any producers, directors, and actors who work with Salman. "Anyone who works with him will be responsible for their own death," Boxer said.

Amid gunshots during the second attack at Kap's Cafe, a voice was heard saying in the video, "... We had called the target, but he didn't hear the ring, so we had to take action. If he still doesn't hear the ring, the next action will be taken soon in Mumbai."

The Mumbai Police and other security agencies are investigating the matter, according to media reports.

Bishnoi's gang had warned the actor on several occasions, since he was accused of hunting a blackbuck during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain in Jodhpur in 1998. The Bishnoi community considers blackbucks sacred.

Salman has been given high security cover since an April 14 firing incident last year at his Mumbai residence.

Boxer, a native of Rajasthan with two criminal cases against him in the state, immigrated illegally to the US in 2014.

He is also a prime accused in the 2022 murder of Punjabi artist Sidhu Moosewala. He is said to be in constant communication with the jailed gangster's brother, Anmol Bishnoi.
