Ameising Luikham is new Secretary for Minority Affairs
New Delhi, Dec 2 (IBNS): The Union Ministry of Minority Affairs announced on Friday that Ameising Luikham, IAS (MN 81) has taken over as Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs on superannuation of Rakesh Garg, IAS (UP 80).
Prior to this, Ameising Luikham was Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises.
He had joined as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Minority Affairs in Nov 2016 and it was decided that he will take over as Secretary after the superannuation of incumbent Garg.
