Chidambaram admitted to AIIMS for medical check-up

New Delhi/UNI: Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram was taken to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences on Monday for a medical check-up after he complained of stomach ache, sources confirmed.

The former Finance Minister was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation had arrested him in August and had been in judicial custody in Tihar jail before being handed over to the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

Chidambaram is in the ED's custody till Wednesday, in connection with the INX Media case.
