Indian-origin Fiji Deputy PM Biman Prasad to be the first foreign leader to visit Ayodhya's Ram Temple since January 22 consecration event

Fiji Deputy PM Biman Prasad has arrived in India for his week-long trip to the nation during which he is scheduled to visit Ayodhya.

He was welcomed to the country by the Ministry of External Affairs’ JS Indo Pacific, Paramita Tripathi.

After his arrival, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal posted on X: "Advancing - ties!A warm welcome to Deputy PM @bimanprasad
of Fiji as he arrives in New Delhi on an official visit. "

He will be the first foreign minister to visit Ayodhya since the consecration ceremony of the newly built Ram Temple was held on January 22.

As per the MEA website, he is scheduled to visit Ayodhya on February 8.

He is scheduled to attend several events in New Delhi, Goa and Gujarat.
