Puri,Sep 29 (UNI) Jagannath Sena Convenor Priyadarshan Pattnaik has urged West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to preserve Dacota C-3 plane used by veteran pilot Biju Patnaik on his historic mission in 1947.
