Kashmir: Pakistan violates truce along LoC in Pooch, India retaliates

Jammu: Pakistan on Saturday violated the ceasefire by firing along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Defence Spokesman here Pakistani Army this morning at around 0745 hours violated the ceasefire by firing unprovoked in Krishna Ghati Sector of Poonch.

"They fired small arms and shelling with mortars while Indian Army is retaliating befittingly," he said and added that no injury or damage has been reported so far.

Earlier, on September 1, Pakistan violated the ceasefire in Poonch sector.
