Massive fire breaks out at SSKM hospital's CT scan building, no casualty so far

Kolkata/IBNS: A massive fire broke out in Kolkata's SSKM hospital on Thursday night.

According to reports, the fire was first seen at around 10pm at the CT scan building near the Emergency ward.

As many as nine fire tenders have reached the scene and firefighting operations are currently underway.

No casualty has been reported so far and the fire is under control.

Sources said neither any patient nor any hospital staff has been stuck at the building where the fire broke out.

Mayor Firhad Hakim and Bengal minister Arup Biswas visited the spot.
