Metro train services from 4 am on MCD elections day

New Delhi: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Friday said train services on all lines will open from 4 am from all terminal stations on the day of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections.

According to a statement issued by the DMRC, the trains will run with a frequency of 30 minutes on all the lines till 6 AM on Sunday.

"After 6 AM, metro trains will run as per the normal Sunday timetable throughout the day," it added.

Elections in 250 Wards under 68 Assembly constituencies spread across 13,665 polling stations will be held on Sunday.

The counting of votes will be held on December 7.
