West Bengal: Police bust fake mineral water factory at Barasat, owner arrested

Barasat/UNI: North 24 Parganas Police have busted a fake mineral water factory at Barasat and arrested one of the owners and seized fake level of a branded company, official sources said.

Police in association with food safety official of North 24 Parganas on Friday raided the factory cum residence of the fake mineral water factory at Bhatra Pally and seized contraband goods, machines, 35 water packed jars of 20-litre and many empty jars from the premises.

One of the owners was also arrested, and police seized levels of a popular brand of mineral water company.
