Anushka Sharma supports man who was called 'mad' for rescuing dog

Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actress-producer Anushka Sharma's love for animals is once again revealed through an incident whose video went viral on social media.

In a video which went viral on Instagram, a man claims to have been allegedly called "mad" for rescuing a dog.

Supporting the man, Sharma said in an Instagram story, "Mad are those people who don't understand humanity..."

Not just the Bollywood star, several other netizens lauded the man on social media.

Earlier, Sharma had appealed for a stricter laws against animal cruelty.
