Mumbai: Over the years, French hair and makeup expert Florian Hurel has collaborated with actors Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Janhavi Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Tamannah Bhatia, among many others.

Happy that his career is progressing in the right direction, he talks about his journey so far that has taught him a lot.

“Learning is a never ending process. You keep on learning throughout your career. There are many things to learn from individuals and different professionals who you meet on the way. I enjoy getting to know new things and meeting new people,” he says. Florian’s strength is female hair and makeup, which involves a lot of patience. “I am in love with my craft. Many might think that I have reached excellence, probably I have. But that won’t stop me from doing better, learning new things, experimenting, in short getting shinier in the coming time. I inspire to be a stronger and a better artist. Also, I will guide my juniors well so that they do good in future,” he adds.

His work demands him to be perfect the very first time. “I have to be at my best every single time I am working with any clients. Every day is a new day for me to perform better and better,” he says. Talking about trends that he thinks have the potential to become permanent, he adds, “The only trend I know that works the best anywhere in the world is to be the most consistent. One must deliver the best always to everyone,” he adds.
