I am humble because my last few films haven't done well: SRK tells Jeff Bezos

Mumbai/IBNS: Once again displaying his sense of humour, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan at an event told Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos that he is humble only because his last few films didn't work at the box office.

In a video shared by Bezos on Instagram, the Amazon CEO is seen saying, "I was talking to him (Shah Rukh Khan) backstage and he is the most humble people I have ever met." (sic)

Immediately a response came from Khan who said, "This is only because my last few films haven't done well," leading Bezos to split in laughter.

Khan is missing from silver screens after the failure of his last film Zero where he had played the character of a physically-challenged person.

Even before Zero, Khan's romantic film with Anushka Sharma, Harry Met Sejal, did not earn good reviews besides its box office failure.
