Jacqueline Fernandez takes up PadMan challenge, poses with sanitary napkin

Mumbai, Feb 9 (IBNS): Taking up the PadMan challenge, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez on Friday posed with a sanitary napkin and shared the image on social media for her fans.

She captioned the image as: " 10% of girls in India think menstruation is a disease.. 14% suffer from menstrual infections... all the best team #padman @akshaykumar @sonamkapoorR Balki this is an amazing initiative!! I nominate all those girls who want to make a difference in this world!! Promote the pad!!!"

The challenge is a part of promoting actor Akshay Kumar's latest released movie PadMan.

The movie hit the silverscreen on Friday.

Several celebrities have taken up the challenge in recent times.

PadMan is directed by R Balki.

It features actors Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte.
