New poster from 'Rang Rasiya' out now

Mumbai, Oct 31 (IBNS): A brand new poster from the upcoming film 'Rang Rasiya' has been released.
‘Rang Rasiya’ is based on the controversial life of 19th century painter Raja Ravi Varma, a man of great talent who was disgraced by society for his work.

It stars Randeep  Hooda as Raja Ravi Varma and Nandana Sen as his muse alongside new comer Triptha Parashar, Feryna Wazheir and Rachna Shah. The bright new Saraswati poster features actors Randeep and Nandana aptly portraying their characters.

Dipped in colours of autumn, the poster displays Nandana imitating goddess Saraswati’s stance completing her look with a Veena in her left hand. Actor Randeep Hooda is caught  standing behind her   with an intense look and a paint brush, together creating a highly  impactful modern day version of an image we all know very well.

The poster conveys a very important aspect of the film, that Raja Ravi Varma was the first one to paint gods and goddesses on canvas and often his inspiration was his muse, the  beautiful Sugandha.

Presented by Jayantilal Gada (Pen), Rang Rasiya is directed by Ketan Mehta, produced by  Deepa Sahi and Anand Mahendroo. ‘Rang Rasiya’ is set to release on Nov 7.
