Raees crosses Rs. 50 cr mark

Mumbai, Jan 28 (IBNS): Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees has made a strong start at the domestic box office, minting Rs. 50 crore within three days of its release.

"#Raees Wed 20.42 cr, Thu 26.30 cr, Fri 13.11 cr. Total: ₹ 59.83 cr. India biz... All set for a big Sat and Sun," business analyst and Bollywood movie critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The movie has also made a sound start at the UAE box-office, collecting Rs. 9.53 crore on Wednesday and Thursday.

Raees stars Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui alongside Shah Rukh.

Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the movie released on Jan 25.
