Ranveer seeks special motivation for recovery from injury

Mumbai, Oct 8 (IBNS): Ranveer Singh has faced a difficult physical challenge while shooting for 'Bajirao Mastani'. The actor has had to recover from a debilitating shoulder injury, one that put him out of action for two months to bounce back in fighting fit shape for it's war scenes.
To aid his recovery and to push himself to his fullest abilities, Ranveer found a novel method. He has been listening to an internationally celebrated motivational speaker while exercising and working out for long hours in the gym.

This speaker has been a sports champion and now motivates people to find their highest levels of mental and physical fitness.

He has also recommended the same technique to many friends.
