Sara Ali Khan is the Simmba girl

Mumbai, Mar 20 (IBNS): After the release of the first poster of Simmba, various speculations were on the loose about who the leading lady would be. 

Filmmakers Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar have signed Sara Ali Khan to be his leading lady in his next directorial venture.

Sara Ali Khan will be seen opposite Ranveer Singh who plays the role of a notorious cop named Sangram Bhalerao.

Simmba marks the debut collaboration of Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar and undoubtedly the fresh leading pair of Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan.  

Reliance Entertainment presents, Rohit Shetty Picturez and Dharma Productions, Simmba is slated to release worldwide on Dec 28.
