Mumbai, June 21 (IBNS): She is perhaps one of the most fit and gorgeous actresses in Bollywood.

Her love to keep herself fit made her still maintain the svelte figure and toned body.

Seeing her, it is surely tough to say that Shilpa is a mother.

On Wednesday, a fitness enthusiast, Shilpa performed some tough yoga asanas and posed the video on social media.

She captioned the video as: "Bakasana, It's taken a lot of practice and it's finally happened! The harder the struggle the more glorious the triumph! #WorldYogaDay."

In Instagram, she posted an image where she is seen performing yoga in the woods with her child.

India and other nations joined to celebrate International Yoga Day on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi joined a special event to mark the day in Lucknow.

He performed asanas and led the nation in commencing their day by practising yoga.
