Sylvester Stallone rejects 'death hoax', asks fans to 'ignore stupidity'

Los Angeles, Feb 20 (IBNS): Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone has denounced news of his death on social media and said he was 'alive' and 'healthy'.

"Please ignore this stupidity… Alive and well and happy and healthy… Still punching!," the Hollywood actor tweeted.

He also shared the hoax news of his death which went viral on social media on Monday.

His younger brother Frank called this episode of spreading hoax news as 'sick minded'.

"I’m very protective of my older brother and I don’t find any humor in this fake post today on my brothers demise. It upset my 96 yr old mother so I’m doubly upset. I just can’t understand what makes these sick minded people tick?@seanhannity @greggutfeld @FoxNews," he tweeted.

Sylvester  is an American actor and filmmaker.

He is well known for his Hollywood action roles, including boxer Rocky Balboa, the title character of the Rocky series' seven films from 1976 to 2015; soldier John Rambo from the four Rambo films, released between 1982 and 2008; and Barney Ross in the three The Expendables films from 2010 to 2014.
