Mumbai, Oct 10 (IBNS) India's most prestigious production house, Yash Raj Films has always been a pioneer in marketing and advertising strategies and they have once again come up with a unique and innovative idea to promote their upcoming film Kill Dil.

The film’s song Happy Budday is being launched and to celebrate the party number, team YRF has sent across chocolate cakes, which has a picture of the film's lead cast, to various media houses including electronic, print, radio and internet platforms.

Needless to say, the media is overwhelmed by this sumptuous and gooey surprise by Yash Raj and they have thanked the banner on Twitter for making them a part of the celebration and also for this warm and chocolaty gesture.

Happy Budday features the lead actors of the film- Ranveer Singh, Parineeti Chopra and Ali Zafar and 600 cakes have been used in the video of the song. Apparently, it was Singh’s idea to use the cakes as props and we hear that Kill Dil’s crew arranged cakes from bakers across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune.

Directed by Shaad Ali and produced by Aditya Chopra, Kill Dil also stars Govinda and is slated to release on Nov 14, 2014.
