First ODI: Australia win toss, elect to bat first

Hyderabad, Mar 2 (IBNS): Australian captain Aaron Finch won the toss and elected to bat first against India in the first One Day International (ODI) match at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium here on Saturday.

Finch announced one change in his team for the ODI. Alex Carey will play in place of Jhye Richardson.

Ravindra Jadeja will replace Yuzvendra Chahal in the Indian team.

India will look to begin the series with a win as the men-in-blue were beaten by Australia in the two-match T20I series 2-0.

This is the last ODI series India are playing before the ICC World Cup 2019.

Australia XI: A Finch, U Khawaja, M Stoinis, P Handscomb, G Maxwell, A Turner, A Carey, N Coulter-Nile, P Cummins, J Behrendorff, A Zampa.

India XI: R Sharma, S Dhawan, V Kohli, A Rayudu, K Jadhav, MS Dhoni, V Shankar, R Jadeja, K Yadav, M Shami, J Bumrah.
