Lucknow, Nov 7 (IBNS): Riding on skipper Rohit Sharma's century and a brilliant bowling performance, India outplayed Windies in the second T20I match by 71 runs here on Tuesday.

Batting first, India scored 195 for the loss of two wickets in 20 overs.

Rohit, who is leading the side in absence of regular skipper Virat Kohli, remained unbeaten at 111 runs. The right-handed batsman was aptly supported by Shikhar Dhawan, who contributed 43 runs to the score-sheet.

Chasing the huge total, Windies never looked dominant in the match and could only score 124/9 in 20 overs.

For the visitors, Darren Bravo was the top scorer with his 23.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Khaleel Ahmed, Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav shared two wickets each for India.

With the second T20I win, India took an unbeatable 2-0 series lead.
