Rohit Sharma smashes 67 as India post 167/5 against West Indies in second T20 clash

Florida, Aug 4 (IBNS): Indian opener Rohit Sharma smashed some powerful shots and the middle order played sensibly as India posted 167 runs for the loss of five wikcets in the second T20 match against West Indies here on Sunday.

Sharma hammered six boundaries and three sixes in his knock.

Shikhar Dhawan (23) and Virat Kohli (28) contributed with their willows in the innings.

Rishabh Pant (4) once again failed to deliver with the willow.

Krunal Pandya contributed 20 runs at the end of the innings.

Thomas and Cottrell picked up two wickets for West Indies.

In the seris opener, which was played at the same venue on Saturday, India had defeated West Indies by four wickets.

India are 1-0 up in the series.
