London, May 30 (IBNS): Indian batsmen displayed their skills with the willow to the full use as they posted massive 324 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the second warm-up match before the start of the Champions Trophy against Bangladesh here on Tuesday.

Despite losing opener Rohit Sharma (1) early, Shikhar Dhawan (60) showed signs of returning to form as he smashed seven boundaries in his 67-ball knock to give India a support at the other end when the side struggled at 2-21 after Ajinkya Rahane departed for 11.

Dinesh Karthik came down with a purpose and promised to contribute in the middle if given a chance during the main tournament as he scored 94 runs before retiring.

He hit eight boundaries and a six in his 77-ball innings.

Hardik Pandya (80*) hammered six boundaries and four sixes to help the score go past 300 runs mark at the end.
