Afghanistan: 6 members of family killed by militants

Kabul, Dec 27 (IBNS) Militants killed six members of a family in Narai district of Afghanistan on Sunday, media reports said.

"The Taliban shot dead the head of a family, Bahadar Shah, along with three men, two women and as many children in the Barikot area of the district,"Pajhwok Afghan News reported.

Provincial police chief, Brig. Gen. Abdul Habib Syedkhel, told Pajhwok Afghan News at least one woman was injured in the overnight incident.

Taliban has denied their involvement in the incident.
