Afghanistan: Car bomb attack kills 1 cop
Lashkargah, Nov 10 (IBNS): At least one person was killed as a car bomb attack rocked southern Helmand province of Afghanistan on Friday, media reports said.
The attack left one person dead and eight others injured.
The deceased person was identified as a border policeman.
The early morning attack targeted personnel of the second border police battalion in Bolan area of Lashkargah at about 8am, the governor’s spokesman was quoted as saying by Pajhwok Afghan News.
