Kabul: The Taliban government of Afghanistan in the country's western Nimroz province have stopped  the Pakistani military from erecting barbed wire and outposts, media reports said.

The Pakistani military personnel reportedly wanted to build their outpost on Afghanistan soil in Chahar Burjak district of Nimroz province, Khaama Press reported.

Eyewitnesses and residents of the bordering district told Khaama Press that the Pakistani military exceeded up to 15 kilometers into Afghanistan’s soil and wanted to build check posts.

However, officials from the Taliban government or Pakistan did not comment on the issue so far.
