Toronto, May 1 (IBNS): Pride Toronto will have a total of 44 presenting partners for this year’s festival. Pride Toronto will be welcoming 31 returning sponsors as well as 13 new partners to our confirmed list of major partners.

Pride Toronto’s long-term Platinum Sponsor TD will be moving to Yonge and Dundas Square to present TD Main Stage. TD Main Stage will be home to our soon-to-be-announced 2019 headliner as well Toronto’s own Brooklyn Hytes and internal super-queen Pabllo Vittar.

Stage Presenting Sponsors allow Pride Toronto to secure the space and programming needed to make Pride happen. In 2019, Pride Toronto will be hosting five major stages across the festival footprint including TD Main Stage, OLG Central Stage, Deloitte Village Stage, Bud Light Wellesley Stage and FIDO South Stage.

In 2018, Pride Toronto in partnership with IN Magazine and Pride at Work, launched an annual LGBTQI2SA+ sponsorship conference to create better year-round partnerships.

Opportunities were presented to sponsors focused on enhancing the festival experience. Custom Presenting partnerships include Family Pride, presented by Maple Leaf Foods, the Human Rights Series, presented by CBC in partnership with Air Canada, Streetfair Presented by Air Italy, Donation + Welcomes Centres Presented by Home Depot, Til Sunset Island Party Presented by Sauza Tequila, and Cabana Presented by Fido.

Public Funding Partners include the Government of Canada, OCAF, City of Toronto and the Province of Ontario.

Pride Month 2019 kicks off on Jun 1 and culminates in a weekend festival that will run from Jun 21 to Jun 23.

Pride Toronto is a not-for-profit organization that supports the queer communities of our city and beyond. It works to ensure equal rights and representation for every person of diverse sexual and gender identities.
