Kabul, July 9 (IBNS): A man was killed in a cylinder explosion in Afghanistan's capital Kabul city on Sunday, media reports said.

The incident reportedly left three vehicles damaged.

Kabul police spokesman Hashmatullah Stanekzai told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident occurred in Qawa-i-Markaz locality that falls in the limits of the 2nd police district.

The cylinder exploded after being thrown to the ground from a vehicle, he told the Afghanistan-based news agency.
