Islamabad/IBNS:A suicide bomb attack rocked Pakistan's Quetta region on Sunday morning, leaving at least four securitymen dead and several others seriously injured, Pakistan's Dawn News (Dawn.com) said in its report. Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), commonly known as Pakistani Taliban, has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Pakistan's news channel, Geo News, reported quoting Balochistan Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) that four security personnel were killed and at least 19 others were hurt after a suicide bomber rammed his motorcycle into a vehicle of the law enforcement agency at Sohana Khan FC checkpost at Mastung Road in Quetta and it exploded

After being rescued, injured persons were rushed to Sheikh Zaid hospital, the Pak media reported.

Condemning the terror attack, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed his condolences to the family members of the deceased.

An investigation has been initiated into the suicide attack, Geo News reported quoting Balochistan CTD.
