Paris: A protest was held in France on Saturday near the Financial Action Task Force's (FATF) office to urge the financial watchdog to place Pakistan on its blacklist, media reports said on Sunday.

Journalist Taha  Siddiqui tweeted: "Protest outside @FATFNews office to urge it to #BlacklistPakistan. Happening now! Reshare and spread the word!"

Taha shared a video on is Twitter page where people could be seen protesting infront of the building.

Ahead of the FATF Plenary and Working Group Meetings in Paris, analysts have said that Pakistan is likely to slip into the 'black list' of the global anti-terrorist financing and anti-money laundering watchdog for non-compliance, ANI reported.

Pakistan is currently placed in the Paris-based FATF's grey list.
