A video has now gone viral where a white woman can be seen coming out in support of an Indian man who was facing harassment in Canada, media reports said.

The video has now gone viral.

In the video, the Indian man has been identified as a Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) supervisor.

The man could be seen being video-recorded and harassed by an unidentified person.

When the unknown abuser was recording him, the woman confronted the person and said: "Leave him alone! Leave him alone. Really!”

The man could be heard saying in the video: "It’s a free country. I can take the video I want. Don’t touch my phone."

During the heated altercation, the TTC stepped in and asked the woman to 'let it go', attempting to pacify the situation.

She even claimed in the video that her boyfriend is an Indian.

The video earned reactions online.

One man wrote on X: "Racism just brings out the human insecurity so cleanly! They don’t like it when one community does better, is more fastidious, is better at doing the jobs they lost because they were too slow or careless and now they turn to racism? Just be better at what you were supposed to be man!"

"Blindly attacking any foreign individual, just makes the locals seem insecure," another person wrote on X.
