Kajol wishes her mother Tanuja on birthday, shares her old image on Instagram

Mumbai, Sept 23 (IBNS): Bollywood actress Kajol on Sunday wished her mother Tanuja on her 75th birthday and shared an old image of her on the social media.

Wishing her mother, Kajol captioned the image on Instagram as: " Happy happy birthday to my super awesome mom who still has the same zest and love for life that she did fifty years back...... a difficult example to follow but the most important influence in my life ! Also in the picture is her grandmother and my great grandmother who was also one of the biggest influences in my life ! Ratanbai Shilotri!"

Kajol also shared another image of a cake-cutting event where Tanuja could be spotted with her daughter, her grandson Yug, her co-star in many movies from the ‘60s and ‘70s, Dharmendra, among others.

She captioned the image as: "Friends family loved ones ....... a life well spent. A deserving 75th birthday! Pre pre but not any less celebrated ❤️."

Tanuja is best known for her roles in the Hindi films like Memdidi (1961), Chand Aur Suraj (1965), Baharen Phir Bhi Aayengi (1966), Jewel Thief (1967), Nai Roshni (1967), Jeene Ki Raah (1969), Haathi Mere Saathi (1971), Anubhav(1971), Mere Jeevan Saathi (1972) and Do Chor (1972). 

Kajol, Tanuja's daughter, will soon be seen in upcoming Hindi movie Helicopter Eela.
