Mumbai, Sept 26 (IBNS): Actors Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan, who are awaiting the release of their upcoming Hindi film Thugs of Hindostan, on Wednesday announced the Tamil and Telegu release of the same movie but in a unique manner.

The film, which will be produced by Yash Raj Films, has been dubbed in both Tamil and Telegu.

Bachchan and Aamir have shot a video featuring them announcing the film’s release in Tamil and Telugu.

Thugs of Hindostan is set to treat audiences across age groups with its action sequences along with an epic adventure and war on the seas.

Bachchan's character has been named as Khudabaksh while Aamir will play Firangi.

In the first look, Aamir could be seen sporting a brown hair. As Firangi, the 53-year old actor travels on a donkey and going by his entire look, he seems to be an extremely wily character.

Katrina, who is Suraiyya in the film, could be seen in a sizzling avatar in the first look. Fatima has been sketched as Zafira.

British actor Lloyd Owen will play the villain's role in the film. Owen will be seen portraying cruel, evil, highly manipulative and merciless villain of Thugs of Hindostan, Lord John Clive, who was the commander of the East India Company.

Vijay Krishna Acharya directorial Thugs of Hindostan is set to release on Nov 8, on the occasion of festival Diwali.
