Anushka Sharma's Sui Dhaaga earns Rs. 71 crores at BO so far

Mumbai, Oct 8 (IBNS): Despite facing a strong competition from Hollywood movie Venom, Anushka Sharma's Sui Dhaaga maintained its pace at the Box Office.

The movie has earned Rs. 71 crores at the Indian Box Office so far.

" #SuiDhaaga saw a big decline on Day 8, but regained lost ground on Day 9 and Day 10... #AndhaDhun and #Venom have made a dent in its biz... [Week 2] Fri 1.75 cr, Sat 3.10 cr, Sun 4.35 cr. Total: ₹ 71.70 cr. India biz... 1100 screens in Week," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The movie brings together National Award winning producer-director combo of Maneesh Sharma and Sharat Katariya after their blockbuster Dum Laga Ke Haisha.

The film is a special salute to the inherent entrepreneurial spirit that the youth of India and its local artisans have.

The movie also features actor Anushka Sharma in the lead role.
