Mumbai, Dec 13 (IBNS): Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha had ordered Bose headphone but what she got in a perfectly packed box was a piece of junk.

Sharing pictures of the opened box and her experience with the Amazon India customer care on Twitter, she wrote: "Hey @amazonIN! Look what i got instead of the @bose headphones i ordered! Properly packed and unopened box, looked legit... but only on the outside. Oh and your customer service doesnt (sic) even want to help, thats what makes it even worse."

Sonakshi said she had paid Rs 18,000 for it.

"Anybody want to buy a brand new shiny piece of junk for 18,000 bucks? (Yup, its a steal) Dont worry, im selling, not @amazonIN, so ull get exactly what you’re ordering," she wrote in another tweet.

Replying to her tweet, the Amazon support team wrote: "Uh-oh! This is unacceptable! Apologies for the recent ordering experience and the subsequent correspondence with our support team."

They asked the actor to share details for them to get in touch with her.
