Mumbai, Mar 28 (IBNS): Nitin Kakkar, director of upcoming Hindi film Notebook, said actors Zaheer Iqbal, Pranutan Bahl and kids have lived their characters through the movie.

Notebook presents a love story of two individuals who fall in love without ever meeting each other.

Speaking about the film, Kakkar said: "We have put our heart and soul into making this film. It feels enriching when your efforts are appreciated and loved. Zaheer, Pranutan and the kids have lived the characters through the film and felt the emotions thoroughly for their first ever on-screen appearance.

As the story touches one’s heart with its unconventional narrative, we hope the film strikes a chord with the audience as well.”

The film, which is co-produced by superstar Salman Khan, is slated to release on Mar 29.
