Actor Irrfan Khan starts shooting for 'Angrezi Medium' in Udaipur

New Delhi, Apr 5 (UNI) Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan on Friday resumed work and started shooting for 'Angrezi Medium' in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Maddock Films headed by producer Dinesh Vijan tweeted, 'What better start to this Friday than starting something that you all have been waiting for!Our power team, Producer #DineshVijan, Director #HomiAdajania, DOP #AnilMehta, @deepakdobriyal and the man himself @irrfank straight from the sets of #AngreziMedium in #Udaipur.'

Along with the announcement, the makers also shared pictures straight from the film set in Udaipur. The images feature a clapperboard in one frame and the other one has Irrfan posing with his team, which includes producer Dinesh Vijan, director Homi Adajania and cinemtatographer Anil Mehta.

'Angrezi Medium' is the sequel to the smash hit 'Hindi Medium', but with a new story and will be shot in Udaipur and London.

The movie will now include people from other ethnicities abroad and will show Irrfan's daughter going to the US for higher studies.

Irrfan, was missing from Bollywood since he was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour last February.

Kareena Kapoor Khan has been roped in to play Irrfan's wife in the film and Radhika Madan will play the role of his daughter.
