Trailer of John Abraham starrer Batla House to release on July 10

Mumbai, July 8 (IBNS): The trailer of actor John Abraham starrer upcoming Hindi film Batla House will be released on July 10.

Directed by Nikkhil Advani, the film is set to release on August 15 on the occasion of Independence Day.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Trailer drops on 10 July 2019... John Abraham in #BatlaHouse... Directed by Nikkhil Advani... 15 Aug 2019 release."

The film is based on the Batla House encounter case that took place on September 19, 2008.  John will be seen as DCP Sanjeev Kumar Yadav.

Actress Mrunal Thakur has played the role of Yadav's wife in the film.
