Kiara Advani to star opposite Kartik Aaryan in Bhool Bhulaiyaan 2

Mumbai: Actress Kiara Advani has been roped in by the makers to star opposite Kartik Aaryan in upcoming Hindi film Bhool Bhulaiyaan 2.

The film will be directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Krishan Kumar.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "IT'S OFFICIAL... Kiara Advani roped in for #BhoolBhulaiyaa2... Stars Kartik Aaryan... Directed by Anees Bazmee... Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Krishan Kumar... 31 July 2020 release."

Kiara took to Twitter to say she can't wait to begin working for the film. "Teri Aankhen Bhool Bhulaiyaa excited to share with you! #BhoolBhulaiyaa2 Can’t wait to begin this journey with @TheAaryanKartik @BazmeeAnees @Cine1Studios @TSeries @MuradKhetani @itsBhushanKumar" she tweeted.

Kiara, who had caught the limelight with her short role in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, was last seen in Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Singh.

The first part of Bhool Bhulaiyaan franchise, which was a massive hit, was starred by actor Akshay Kumar. The film was released in 2007.

Bhool Bhulaiyaan 2 is slated to release on July 31, 2020.
