Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide episode: Case filed against Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor
Patna/UNI: A complaint case was filed in a court of Bihar against Bollywood actor Salman Khan, director-producer Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Dinesh Vijayan and Ekta Kapoor of Balaji production in connection with the suicide of rising star Sushant Singh Rajput.
The complainant Sudhir Kumar Ojha, an advocate filed the complaint case in the court of chief judicial magistrate of Muzaffarpur under various sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) including 306,109,504 and 506 related to abetment of suicide, insult intended to provoke breach of the peace and criminal intimidation.
Through his complaint, the complainant drew the attention of the court towards the news published and broadcasted in various newspapers and news channels regarding suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput following conspiracy of the accused who had boycotted the budding artist and create a pressure so that the actor cannot get work in any movie.
According to the complain, the accused had hatched a conspiracy forcing Sushant Singh Rajput to commit suicide.
The accused had also managed to throw out Sushant from 7 films and had also conspired so that his films were not released.
Accused Aditya Chopra and Karan Johar also conspired so that the movie Pani of Sushant was not not released.
The accused was continuously torturing Sushant for the past several months following which he committed suicide.
The complainant prayed before the court to take proper action against the accused.
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide at his flat in Mumbai on June 14.
He originates from Bihar.
