No range, no real persona: Kangana's sister Rangoli Chandel slams Taapsee Pannu over Haseen Dilruba performance
Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut's terms with various colleagues are not hidden and her equation with actor Taapsee Pannu has further worsened after the release of Hindi film Haseen Dilruba.
After Taapsee's latest film Haseen Dilruba, which was released on Jul 2 on Netflix, failed to garner good reviews, Kangana's sister Rangoli Chandel came out in criticism of the Pink actress.
In her Instagram post, Rangoli said, "Mafia created fraud is being exposed but only in hush-hush whispers no one is openly saying it, so I decided to do the deed, a single tone actor who has absolutely no screen presence no range no real persona or screen presence, is being pitted against one of the greatest actors Indian cinema ever saw...not only she openly mimics and copies Kangana but also calls her irrelevant and double filter, aaj isko bhi critics ne nanga kar diya. Ye gubbara bhi footna hi tha, foot gaya."
Not taking any name, Taapsee has posted a tweet which reads, "Feminism has been a lot about equal opportunity and always having the liberty of CHOICE for me ! But persistently having a skewed lens to judge people and relationships might just equate you to the female counterpart of misogyny."

Last year, the debate of nepotism which was triggered by the suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput had taken an ugly turn when Kangana rated Taapsee, who have no lineage in the Hindi film industry.
Kangana in an interview with PinkVilla had said, "It is so sad. I do not know what to say because I have been in their place. People who come from outside, I have said it in my earlier interviews as well, we (outsiders) do not have the comfort of our parents’ houses. I am not Anil Kapoor or Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter.
"Or when you talk about Swara Bhasker, Taapsee Pannu or Richa Chadha, I understand they have bills to pay for their house; everybody is not and doesn’t want to live the kind of life I aspire (to). So, I do understand where they’re coming from and there are a lot of pressures."
In an interview with CNN News 18, Taapsee had reacted to Kangana's attacks saying, "I am okay with people calling me names, I can’t change their thinking. But you can’t discredit my hard work, just because I don’t follow the same rules. That doesn’t make me inferior in any way.
"I am not going to take personal digs at people. I am not going to justify who I am, my filmography is out there for people to see."
