Mumbai: Bollywood actor Ananya Panday, who co-starred in Gehraiyaan, has left for the semi-finals, while Siddhant Chaturvedi is all set to sing the new FIFA World Cup song for India.

A source close to the actress said, "Qatar Airways and the Qatar Government have invited Ananya to attend the semi-finals of the FIFA World Cup.

"Chunky Panday has always been a tremendous lover of football," the insider said, “so he is joining Ananya to Qatar to see the semi-finals.”

Nora Fatehi performed during the inauguration of the World Cup on November 18, 2022, along with several other celebrities from around the world. Nora Fatehi became the first Bollywood actor to represent India at a FIFA tournament.

The highly anticipated FIFA World Cup 2022 is being held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18. Thirty-two teams have participated in this once-in-a-four-year football extravaganza. Many Bollywood celebrities were spotted enjoying the live matches in Qatar this year, including Manushi Chhillar, Mouni Roy, Aamir Khan, Dino Morea, and others.

Tonight, in the first semi-final match, Argentina will be facing Croatia, and tomorrow it will be France versus Morocco.
