Masaba Gupta marries actor Satyadeep Mishra, father Viv Richards attends wedding
Mumbai/IBNS: Fashion designer Masaba Gupta Friday married actor Satyadeep Misra in a close-knit family ceremony which was attended by his father, West Indies cricketing legend Vivian Richards, and mother Neena Gupta along with her husband Vivek Mehra. She termed the get-together as first.
Sharing a family portrait taken this morning at her wedding, Masaba wrote: "For the first time ever - My whole life came together. This is us. My beautiful blended family. Everything from here on is just bonus."
Besides Masaba's side of the family, the portrait also included Satyadeep's mother Nalini and his sister Chinmaya.
Everyone is seen dressed in coordinating shades of pink and yellow and no guessing the wedding outfits are courtesy of the bride's label House Of Masaba.
Masaba looked pretty as a bride in a pink and green lehenga, while Satydadeep appeared dapper in a pink sherwani.
In the family album shared by Masaba, one picture is of her with her dad Viv Richards while the last is with her mother Neena Gupta.
Masaba and Satyadeep had a court wedding on Friday morning. The duo have been dating since 2020 after meeting on the sets of the Netflix show 'Masaba Masaba'.
Announcing their wedding in a post on Instagram, the designer wrote, "Married my ocean of calm, this morning. Here's to many many lifetimes of love, peace, stability and most importantly laughter. And thanks for letting me pick the caption - this is gonna be great."
Masaba was born to Neena Gupta and Viv Richards, who never married, in 1989. Neena Gupta married Vivek Mehra in 2008.
Actress Neena Gupta too posted a picture from her daughter Masaba's wedding.
"Aaj beti ki shaadi huee dil mein ajeeb see shanti khushi abhaar aur pyaar umda hai (my daughter got married today. My heart is filled with peace, gratitude and love). Sharing with you friends," she wrote.
