New Delhi/IBNS: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who hosts Bigg Boss OTT Season 2, has allegedly received threats from the underworld after the actor blasted Elvish Yadav during the weekend episode.

A screenshot of a tweet purportedly by gangster Goldy Brar has gone viral on social media.

The tweet was in Punjabi in which the gangster threatened to take revenge on the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor for criticising Elvish on a public stage, according to media reports.

Elvish Yadav, a popular YouTuber was seen bursting into tears after Salman slammed him for using inappropriate words for Bebika Dhurve.

However, soon after the show aired, Elvish's fans took to Twitter to lash out at Salman. Social media was flooded with tweets criticising the superstar and supporting Elvish.

And now what has come as a big concern for Salman's innumerable fans, is the screenshot of what appears to be a tweet from Canadian gangster Brar, threatening to take revenge on the actor for his treatment of Elvish on the show.
